1、申报价值——必须如实申报，不得低报瞒报；始发地为海外国家的不超CNY1000，为港澳台的不超CNY800；数量单一且不可分割的物品价值可超CNY1000元,若超CNY5000的需作单独沟通报备，需与关务组核实是否收寄。
Value of goods limitation: OS region: ≤CNY 1,000; MO,HK,TW: ≤CNY 800;
Single and indivisible shipments can be of the value of CNY 1000 but if the shipment is of value over CNY5000, this must be communicated separately to Custom Affair team for verification if the shipment can be accepted.  

 

2、申报数量——物品数量应符合个人合理自用的要求（奶粉单票净重不得超5KG）；
A number of items should be declared with reasonable quantity and personal using purpose.
(Maximum net weight of  milk powder in each shipment should be under 5KG ) 

 

3、物品种类——必须为个人日常生活使用物品，不得为用于工业生产，贸易货样等物品（如：服装辅料、电子元器件等）；
Type of declaration: Should be the personal using purpose, for any imports which used in manufacture, sales and trading like garment accessory, raw or processed material not accepted.

 

4、报关单证：物品价值证明（如购物小票、发票、发货清单等）需扫描上传至阿修罗并随货发运；收方货人提供其有效证件复印件（一般为大陆居民身份证复印件）。
Documentation requirements:
Prove of purchase, like purchase receipt/invoice, payment screen shortcut, etc., it should contain in the parcel, and the proof of images should scanned to Asura.
                          Valie consignee's ID copy.

The following are classifications of various ID type.
1）大陆居民——居民身份证或军人的士兵证军官证、文职干部证；
Consignee is Chinese: ID copy with both side/ Army Identity Card for army officer/Civilian cadres card
2）港澳台同胞——港澳台同胞的暂住证或通行证，不得提供台湾当局颁发的“身份证”（因为证件上有“中华民国”敏感字样）；
Consignee is HMT citizens: Hong Kong and Macao permits, but TW ID copy cannot be accepted.
3）海外国家人员——护照
Consignee is Foreigners: passport copy

5、货物品名——必须详细具体，包括物品名称、品牌、材质、规格型号等信息。相关要求如下：
The declared description must be detailed, including the commodity name, brand name, material, and specification.
1）衣着类需按详细类别申报，如：外衣、外裤、内衣、内裤、衬衫、T恤衫、裙子等，不可笼统申报为衣服、裤子；
Clothing Type shipments must be declared in detail, for instance: coat, pants, undergarments, underwear, shirt, skirt, etc. Item cannot be declared too generally, for instance: clothes.
2）箱包类需按详细类别申报，如：拉杆箱、挎包、背包、提包、钱包、钥匙包等，不可笼统申报为包包、男包、女包、手包；
Bag/luggage Type shipments must be declared in detail, for instance, satchel, backpack, handbag, wallet, key case, etc. Item cannot be declared too generally, for instance: bag, men’s bag, women’s bag, and handheld bag.
3）鞋靴类需按详细类别申报，如：皮鞋、皮靴、运动鞋、拖鞋等，不可笼统申报为鞋子；
Footwear Type shipments must be declared in detail, for instance, leather shoes, boots, sports shoes, slippers, etc. Item cannot be declared too generally, for instance: shoes.
4）手表类需按详细类别申报，如：石英表（电子表）、机械表，不可笼统申报为手表；
Watch Type shipments must be declared in detail, for instance, electronic watches, mechanical watches, etc. Item cannot be declared too generally, for instance: watch.

1）奶粉需申报品牌、段数、克数，如“奶粉美素佳儿牌2段900克”；
Milk Powder: Name of description declaration including - model number, stage of milk powder (age), weight.
For example Abbott stage 2, 624g

2）食品、保健品、衣服、鞋子、箱包,化妆品,电子产品等货物需申报物品名称，品牌，材质，如“背包COACH牌”、“维他命GNC牌”；
Food, health supplements,clothes, shoes, bags, cosmetic products,electronics products declaration should including brand name, material.
For example COACH backpack, GNC Vitamin

3）多种品名或同一品名不同品牌的物品，需分别申报；
Different products or some products with a different brand name should be declared separately.

6、分单操作——同一口岸单个工作日内发运的货物中，不可出现2票及以上相同收发件人的货物；
For same consignee with several parcels/AWBs, imports should transfer to the different gateway, or same gateway but different import dates.
